Cookie Policy

AdmitIQ sets one kind of cookie: the session cookie issued by our authentication provider when you log in. It tells the platform who you are as you move between pages. Without it, you would be signed out on every click.

Inside the platform we use your browser's session storage to remember the order of the lead list you are working through, so the next and previous arrows follow the list you filtered rather than a random order. It holds record identifiers only, never personal details, and your browser clears it when you close the tab.

Consent banners exist for cookies that are not essential — the ones that track you or measure you for somebody else's benefit. We do not use any. A cookie that is strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for, such as staying logged in, does not require consent, so we do not interrupt you to ask for it.

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. You are free to do that here. Be aware that blocking our session cookie will stop you signing in to the platform, since there would be no way to keep you authenticated between pages.

Some services we rely on may set their own cookies when their components load — our hosting provider, for example, for security and load balancing. We do not use these to build a profile of you or to advertise to you.
