Terms of Service
The agreement between AdmitIQ and the institutions that use AdmitIQ, and the rules for anyone holding a login.
Last updated 19 August 2026
1.Who this agreement is with
These terms are between AdmitIQ (Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India) and the institution that subscribes to AdmitIQ. Where an institution has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.
If you hold a login issued by an institution, these terms govern your use of the platform, and your institution's own policies apply on top of them.
2.What the service does
AdmitIQ is an admissions CRM. It places calls to applicants through a telephony provider, records those calls, uses an AI model to transcribe and summarise them, scores and updates lead records, sends brochures and follow-ups by email, and reports on team activity.
3.Accounts
There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created by an institution's administrator, who decides who gets access and at what role. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your login. Tell your administrator immediately if you think someone else has access to it.
4.Your data stays yours
Applicant records, call recordings, notes and everything else an institution puts into AdmitIQremain that institution's property. We process them to run the service and for no other purpose. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train our own models.
On request during an active subscription, or within 30 daysof it ending, we will provide an export of the institution's data.
5.Calling, recording and consent
The institution is responsible for calling lawfully. That includes telling people that calls are recorded and analysed, obtaining consent where it is required, respecting India's Do-Not-Disturb and unsolicited-commercial-communication rules, and complying with the terms of its telephony provider.
AdmitIQ supplies the tooling. It does not obtain consent for you, and it does not check whether a number may lawfully be called.
6.Third-party accounts you bring
Institutions connect their own telephony, AI and email accounts to AdmitIQ. Those services are governed by their own terms and are billed by those providers directly to the institution. We are not responsible for their availability, their pricing, or usage charges you incur through them, including charges resulting from your own misconfiguration.
7.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to harass anyone, or to contact people who have asked not to be contacted.
- Upload data you have no lawful basis to hold or to process.
- Attempt to reach another institution's data, or probe, scan or interfere with the service.
- Resell, sublicense or white-label the platform without our written agreement.
- Use the platform to build a competing product, or to scrape it at scale.
We may suspend an account that puts the platform, its data or other institutions at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first.
8.Fees and subscription
- Pricing is published on our website. Plans are charged per seat per month, on subscription, with no setup fee.
- Seats flex month to month — add them during peak admissions and reduce them afterwards.
- Institutions needing 50 or more seats are priced separately by agreement.
- Fees exclude taxes, which are added where applicable.
- Pilot arrangements, where offered, are set out in writing at the time and are limited to the institutions we offer them to.
Either side may end a subscription at the close of a billing month. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded except where the law requires it.
9.Availability
We work to keep AdmitIQ running and available, but we do not commit to a guaranteed uptime figure unless it is written into a separate agreement with your institution. Maintenance, provider outages and faults can interrupt the service. Parts of it depend on third parties — telephony, AI and email — and when they fail, those features fail with them.
10.AI output
Transcripts, summaries, scores and suggestions are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong, particularly on poor audio or heavily mixed language. Treat them as an aid to your team's judgement, not a substitute for it, and check anything that matters before acting on it.
11.Our intellectual property
The platform, its software, design and documentation belong to AdmitIQ. Your subscription grants a right to use it during the subscription term, and nothing more. You may not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer it.
12.Confidentiality
Each side will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only to make this agreement work. This does not cover information that is already public, or that must be disclosed by law.
13.Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost enrolments, lost data or indirect losses. Our total liability arising out of this agreement is limited to the fees paid by your institution in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will notify account holders of material changes. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
